WildStar powerful addon:Ayth_Quest
Ayth_Quest,an addon created by Aytherine that helps you determine what quest/path/gathering objectives are the closest, so you can streamline your questing. The purpose of Ayth_Quest is to show you the closest objectives for your quests, quest givers, harvesting/farming nodes, and path objectives. The inclusion of path objectives and harvesting/farming nodes is rather new to Ayth_Quest so they may not work 100% as intended. I know my settler doesn't get any lines drawn at all for it's objectives, but Aytherine is constantly updating this addon and I'm sure it'll get all paths working soon. As you can see in the image below, Ayth_Quest shows you which objectives are the closest by overlaying dotted lines that point you right where you need to go with the distance also thrown in for good measure.
The different colors of dotted lines mean different things, white dots represent quest objectives, green dots show where the closest quest givers are, magenta dots point you towards harvesting and farming nodes, and finally blue dots represent path objectives. All these colors can be changed in the menu as you can see below, and you can get to that menu by typing "/ayth" into the chatbox. There is even an option to show the default quest arrow to help point you in the direction of quests, which helps when you are really far away from your objectives and Ayth_Quest's dotted lines aren't showing up. You can set the duration between when the arrow pings on screen but I found the default 10 seconds works pretty well.
Again, I'd like to stress that if you install this addon, load up the game, and you don't see the dotted lines, you are probably too far away from your objectives, as it works best when you are around 300 meters or closer to your objectives. If you don't want Ayth_Quest to show you harvesting, farming, or path lines, all you have to do is set the "# Lines" box in the settings to 0 and they won't show up. Finally, Ayth_Quest also comes with it's own QuestTracker, it's a box that sits right above the default quest tracker that shows what the game calculates as the closest quest objective. You can turn it of in the settings if you so choose, but I found it comes in handy when the default quest tracker doesn't show your closest quests at the top.
Ayth_Quest is great for leveling up your character smoothly and efficiently. It really build upon what Carbine put in as a quest arrow, but having to activate the quest arrow to keep seeing where you need to go, Ayth_Quest keeps that info on-screen so you can mow through your objectives and you always know where to go next. I highly recommend checking it out as it should help you level even quicker!
